ATOAI Annual General Meeting 2021 & Annual Members Meet New Delhi – Adventure Tour Operators Association of India held its Annual General Meeting and Annual Members Meet on 10th December 2021 at Indian Mountaineering Foundation, New Delhi.

The Annual General Meeting was welcomed by the ATOAI President Mr. Vishwas Makhija.

ATOAI Honorary Secretary Mr. Vinayak Koul presented the annual report of the ATOAI flow of activities for the financial year 2020-21.

Summary of the resolutions passed at the Annual General Meeting:

The Annual General Meeting passed the confirmation of the Minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on 20th January 2021.

The Annual General Meeting passed the accounts for the financial year 2020-21 presented by ATOAI Honorary Treasurer Mr. Pradeep Murthy.

The Annual General Meeting passed the appointment of SRBP & Associates, Mr. Sagar Regmi as the auditor for the Financial Year 2021-22

The Annual General Meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Executive Committee Member, Mr. Ajeet Bajaj to the ATOAI Executive Committee, ATOAI Secretariate, ATOAI Members, the Ministry of Tourism, the State Governments and the Indian Mountaineering foundation for all the support and cooperation.

After a long haul due to the Pandemic, ATOAI organised its much-anticipated Annual Members Meet for members to get together, network and have a gala time followed by a cocktail dinner.

A presentation was made by ATOAI Member, Skyview by Empyrean, Patnitop, Jammu & Kashmir.
