New Delhi – The ATOAI Women’s Collective organized its first physical event, an intimate evening to bid adieu to Ms. Rupinder Brar, Additional Director General, Ministry of Tourism Ms. Rupinder Brar has been a pillar and friend to the Adventure Tourism fraternity. She guided the Tourism Industry through its worst years with compassion & innovative ideas.
A delicate musical evening over wine and cheese was organized on 29th July 2022. The evening was attended by the stalwarts of the adventure fraternity & colleagues from the travel industry.
The ATOAI Women’s Collective (AWC) was formed with the intent to create a network of women entrepreneurs associated with the adventure tourism industry. AWC wants to help budding and aspiring women entrepreneurs to find a firm footing in the industry.
The Adventure Tour Operators Association of India (ATOAI) is the national representative body of Indian Adventure Tour Operators and was founded in 1994 by a close group of Travel Trade Adventurers, who envisioned ATOAI to be a strong support group that led to both group and individual profits by establishing adventure as one of the main tourism attractions to India.
