Inauguration of Exhibition Stalls
The 15th Annual Convention witnessed a momentous occasion as the Honourable Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh, Shri Pema Khandu, inaugurated the exhibition stalls with great enthusiasm and support. The Exhibition Stalls showcased a diverse array of offerings from the adventure tourism industry. Exhibitors had the opportunity to interact with participants and showcase their products and services

PRE-CONVENTION FAM TOURS
A Pre-Convention FAM (Familiarization) trip was organized to North Gujarat and Saurashtra Gujarat from the 12th to the 16th of December 2023. The purpose of this trip was to acquaint our delegates with the locals, venues, and potential attractions that could enhance the overall experience of our convention attendees.
Route 1: North Gujarat (Theme Desert & Rural life, Ancient Temples, Archeological Sites) Guardians at the Edge at Nadabet Pakistan border where 1971 Indo-Pak War was fought, Sun Temple at Modhera with Little Rann of Kutch. It was a group of 11 delegates, headed by Mr. Shashank Gupta, and were welcomed by Mr. Vishnu Parmar, Tourism liaison officer (LO), Tour Guide for trip.
Route 2: Saurashtra – with fantastic Marine life at Madhavpur Beach, Experience Asiatic Lions at Gir, temples of Somnath & Bet Dwarka. It was a group of 25 delegates, headed by Mr. Milind Bhide, and were welcomed by Mr Jignesh Rawal & Saurabh B. Visavadiya, Tourism liaison officer (LO), Tour Guide for the trip.
